  Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls are soft, chewy and slightly sweet. This is the traditional boba and pairs well with any drink.

  Jelly boba are going to be solid and chewy. They are slightly more firm than tapioca pearls.

  Popping boba are pearls that burst open with a flavored juice inside of them.
